Media, Cost, and Fees

The records center offers hard copies through mail or in-person pickup, as well as email PDFs. To protect against viruses and malware, we cannot allow outside electronic media.

Important Details:

• Advance payment may be necessary.
• If mailed, charges will include postage fees.
• Mail requests are limited to ten per month, unless the requester provides written certification that the records will not be used for commercial purposes.
• Copies, postage, and electronic media are provided at our cost.

Our staff will assess the time needed to fulfill your request based on:

• Quantity of records
• Location
• Legal review (if needed)

We expedite records requests whenever possible. Please note that the time frame may vary based on staffing, record location, and other factors.
