Request Process

The Records Center is committed to making public records accessible for review and can provide copies at cost upon request. To expedite your request, it should clearly identify the records you are interested in. Specific requirements vary by department, and we are more than happy to offer guidance.

When a request lacks clarity, a county employee will explain how records are created and recorded to help you refine your request. Requests should not be vague or excessively broad.

Hard copy request forms are available for your convenience.

If the records you need are stored elsewhere within the County, we will direct you to the correct department.
