For substantial requests, those involving records in off-site storage, or documents requiring legal review, you will receive written notification detailing the estimated number of business days needed, potential charges, and any records that may be exempt from disclosure. If there are delays in processing your request, we will make every effort to keep you informed and will provide available records on a rolling basis until the request is fully completed.
In instances where a record is partially or fully exempt from disclosure, a legal explanation will be included. This explanation does not limit additional reasons or legal authority that may be used to justify the refusal.
